摘要: 硅钢在卷取的过程中常常会出现内凸与塌卷缺陷的现象,这种内凸和塌卷缺陷严重影响着钢卷的质量,降低了钢卷的成材率。为分析硅钢在卷取过程中内凸和塌卷缺陷的成因,首先对钢卷卷取过程中的应力场进行数学建模,分析卷取过程中的应力计算方法;其次对卷筒进行物理建模,判断应变片的位置;接着在硅钢生产线现场,进行应变片的安装。通过应变片采集的应变随时间变化的数值,分析钢卷在卷取过程应变与卷取质量之间的关系,为预防硅钢卷取内凸和塌卷奠定了技术基础。

Abstract: Silicon steel often has convex and coil collapse defects during the coiling process, which seriously affect the quality of the steel coil and reduce the yield rate of the steel coil. In order to analyze the causes of convex and coil collapse defects in the coiling process of silicon steel, a mathematical model was established firstly for the stress field during the steel coil coiling process, and the stress calculation method during the coiling process was analyzed. Secondly, the reel was physically modeled to determine the position of the strain gauge. Then, the strain gauge was installed on the silicon steel production line. The relationship between the strain of the steel coil during the coiling process and the coiling quality was analyzed through the values of the strain collected by the strain gauge over time. The data collected by the strain gauge lays a technical foundation for preventing convex and coil collapse in silicon steel coiling.
