预熔型RH脱硫剂的工业化应用与开发

摘要: 介绍了凯得力耐火材料(中国)有限公司开发的预熔型RH脱硫剂的全球首次规模化工业应用情况,及其从通过FactSage软件模拟计算设计新一代RH脱硫剂配方并进行工业试验到新一代产品开发的过程。结果表明,预熔型RH脱硫剂可以很好解决CaO⁃CaF2体系脱硫剂的粉化问题。四个新设计配方工业试验表明,通过少量添加F元素,新配方3能够最大程度改善RH脱硫率,最多提高大约10 %。此外,CaO⁃CaF2型脱硫剂由于自由CaO的存在,容易引起非均匀侵蚀。新一代预熔型RH脱硫剂能够很好地帮助控制耐火材料的侵蚀。

Abstract: The pre⁃fused RH flux has never been industrial application on big scale until Calderys put such product to silicon steel product lines. This paper introduced the whole process of developing RH desulphur fluxes from design by FactSage to industrial trials. In practical terms, Calderys’ pre⁃fused RH fluxes helped overcome the pulverization problem of CaO⁃CaF2 flux. By FactSage simulation, four new recipes were designed for production and industrial trials. The several trial results showed that the new recipe 3 containing a small amount of F element is the best one which increased desulphurization rate with max increase of 10 %. Additionally, pre⁃fused RH fluxes could control the non⁃uniform refractory corrosion of down snorkel well compared to CaO⁃CaF2 flux which is easy to cause non⁃uniform corrosion due to the content of free lime.
