摘要: 硅钢作为一种功能性材料已广泛应用于电气设备的铁心制造,主要是使用硅钢片的磁性能。近年来,得益于硅钢的研发和生产技术的快速发展,市场上出现了各种工艺不同的硅钢产品。如何识别并挑选合适的硅钢材料制造不同类型的铁心,越来越受到关注。本文讨论了取向硅钢的磁性能,变压器的空载特性与硅钢片磁性能之间的关系,铁心结构对硅钢片服役条件的影响。考虑工况条件下硅钢片表现出的服役性能,分析了温度变化、谐波磁场和直流偏磁对硅钢片和铁心性能的影响。

Abstract: As a functional material, silicon steel has been widely used in the core manufacturing of electrical equipment, mainly using the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheet. In recent years, thanks to the development of silicon steel and rapid development of production technology, various silicon steel products with different processes have appeared on the market. How to identify and select suitable silicon steel to manufacture different types of core is become more and more popular. In this paper, the magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel, the relationship between the no⁃load characteristics of transformer and the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheet, and the effect of core structure on the service conditions of silicon steel sheet were discussed. Considering the serving properties of silicon steel sheet under working conditions, the effects of temperature change, harmonic field and DC bias on the properties of silicon steel sheet and core structure were analyzed.
