薄规格硅钢生产技术的研究进展

摘要: 随着新能源汽车、智能电网和可再生能源的快速发展,市场对低铁损硅钢的需求不断增加,厚度减薄是硅钢产品发展的一个趋势,而硅钢厚度的减薄对生产工艺技术提出了更大的挑战。近年来,薄规格硅钢制备与开发成为研究热点。本文综述了薄规格硅钢的生产工艺,其中取向硅钢分为初次再结晶法、二次再结晶法、三次再结晶法以及双辊薄带连铸法;无取向硅钢分为常规工艺法、异步轧制法、双辊薄带连铸法以及平面流铸法。并介绍了薄规格硅钢的生产现状,对薄规格硅钢未来发展方向做出展望,为薄规格硅钢的研发提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, smart grids, and renewable energy, the demand for low⁃iron⁃loss silicon steel has been continuously increased by the market. The thinning of silicon steel thickness is regarded as an irreversible trend in product development, while greater challenges are posed to production processes by this thickness reduction. In recent years, the preparation and development of thin⁃gauge silicon steel have become a research focus. The production processes for thin⁃gauge silicon steel were summarized in this paper: oriented silicon steel is divided into primary recrystallization, secondary recrystallization, tertiary recrystallization, and twin⁃roll thin⁃strip continuous casting methods; non⁃oriented silicon steel is categorized into conventional processing, asynchronous rolling, twin⁃roll thin⁃strip continuous casting, and planar flow casting methods. Meanwhile, the current production status of thin⁃gauge silicon steel was introduced and future development directions were proposed, which can provide references for the research and development of thin⁃gauge silicon steel.
