冷轧连轧机小辊径轧制技术分析与研究

摘要: 针对冷连轧机轧制能力不足导致的品种钢轧制难题,以轧制机理模型(核心为轧制力模型)为理论基础,结合现场实际生产工况开展研究。在不增加现有轧机机架数量的前提下,提出采用小辊径轧制技术,通过减小机架辊径以降低单位轧制力,进而提升轧机轧制能力。应用结果表明,该技术的实施对拓展冷连轧机轧制品种范围、释放轧制产能均具有显著促进效果,为品种钢高效轧制提供了可行路径。

Abstract: Aiming at the rolling problem of special steel grades caused by insufficient rolling capacity of tandem cold rolling mills, this study was carried out based on the rolling mechanism model (focusing on the rolling force model and combined with on-site actual production conditions. Under the condition of not increasing the number of existing mill stands, a small roll diameter rolling technology was proposed: reducing the stand roll diameter to decrease the unit rolling force, thereby improving the rolling capacity of the mill. The application results show that the implementation of this technology has a significant promoting effect on expanding the range of rolling varieties of the tandem cold rolling mill and releasing the rolling capacity, which provides a feasible path for the efficient rolling of special steel grades.
