摘要: 抽水蓄能是当前技术最成熟、经济性最优且最具大规模开发条件的电力系统绿色低碳清洁调节电源,可有效满足新型电力系统发展需求。交流励磁变频技术是变速抽水蓄能机组重要的研究方向,本文根据交流励磁变速抽水蓄能机组双馈电机转子铁心的技术特点,对铁心用高强度、低铁损新型硅钢材料的技术参数、制造工艺方案、产品性能结果等进行了系统研究,为交流励磁变速抽水蓄能机组的成功研制提供关键技术支撑,具有重大的推动意义。

Abstract: As a green, low-carbon, and clean regulating power source in the power system, pumped storage serving is currently the most mature economically viable option and most suitable for  large-scale development,which can effectively meet the development needs of new power systems. AC excitation variable frequency technology represents a significant research focus in the field of variablespeed pumped storage power units. This article systematically studied the technical parameters, manufacturing process schemes, and product performance results of a new type  electrical steel material with high-strength and low iron-loss for iron cores based on the technical characteristics of double fed motor rotor iron core for AC excitation variable-speed pumped storage units. This has significant driving significance for the successful development of AC excitation variable-speed pumped storage units.
