摘要: 以新能源汽车驱动电机铁心叠压系数为研究对象,开展系统性研究。阐述了叠压系数对电机性能的影响,介绍了叠压系数的定义与测量方法,重点分析了涂层厚度、冲压毛刺、材料硬度、自扣点数量、焊接时压强以及焊缝质量等因素对叠压系数的影响机制,为提高新能源汽车驱动电机性能提供关键理论支撑。

Abstract: This paper takes the core stacking factor of drive motor lamination for new energy vehicles as the research object and conducts a systematic study. First, it elaborates on the impact of core stacking factor on motor performance, then introduces the definition and measurement methods of core stacking factor, and focuses on analyzing the influence mechanisms of key factors such as coating thickness, stamping burrs, material hardness, number of selfclinching points, welding pressure and weld quality on core stacking factor. This research provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance of drive motors in new energy vehicles.
