摘要: 通过对20NV1300和27NV1400无取向硅钢进行25~200 ℃范围内的拉伸试验测试,研究不同环境温度对无取向硅钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:无取向硅钢的力学性能对环境温度比较敏感,在测试温度范围内,屈服强度随着温度的升高不断降低,而抗拉强度在25~100 ℃范围内随着环境温度的升高不断降低,由于在100~200 ℃无取向硅钢发生了动态应变时效,导致其抗拉强度在100~150 ℃范围内增大,在150~200 ℃时降低。

Abstract: The tensile test of 20NV1300 and 27NV1400 non-oriented silicon steels in the range of 25 ~ 200 ℃ was carried out to study the influence of different ambient temperatures on the mechanical properties of non-oriented silicon steels. The results show that the mechanical properties of non-oriented silicon steel are sensitive to the ambient temperature. Within the test temperature range, the yield strength decreases with the increase of temperature, while the tensile strength decreases with the increase of ambient temperature within the range of 25 ~ 100 ℃. Due to the dynamic strain aging of non-oriented silicon steel at 100 ~ 200 ℃, its tensile strength increases in the range of 100~150 ℃ and decreases in the range of 150~200 ℃.
