线切割、激光切割工艺对电机用硅钢磁性能的影响

摘要: 切割工艺会导致硅钢磁性能劣化,引起硅钢边缘的微观结构发生变化。针对无取向硅钢片进行切割实验,研究线切割、激光切割工艺对硅钢磁性能的影响。采用环形试样的测试方法对线切割和激光切割的硅钢进行磁性能测试,基于测量所得数据构建材料模型,将材料模型与实际工况下的电机模型结合,通过仿真验证电机损耗。结果表明,线切割工艺对硅钢的磁性能影响较小,电机用线切割工艺硅钢的损耗较低。

Abstract: The cutting process will lead to the deterioration of the magnetic properties of the electrical steel, causing changes in the microstructure of the edge of the electrical steel. The cutting experiment was carried out on the non-oriented electrical steel sheet, and the effects of wire cutting and laser cutting processes on the magnetic properties of electrical steel were studied. The magnetic properties of wire-cut and laser-cut electrical steels were tested by using the test method of annular specimens, and the material model was constructed based on the measured data, and the material model was combined with the motor model under actual working conditions, and the motor loss was verified by simulation. The results showed that the wire cutting process has little effect on the magnetic properties of electrical steel, and the loss of electrical steel in the wire cutting process for motors is low.
