摘要: 对不同厚度C6涂层的高牌号无取向硅钢样品进行常规磁性能的对比测量,结果表明:随着涂层厚度的增加,样品磁极化强度单调递减,比总损耗单调递增,并得到了较为准确的修正值。本文工作对大电机设计和C6涂层无取向硅钢高牌号产品的使用,具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: In this paper, the samples of a highgrade nonoriented silicon steel with different thickness of C6 coating were prepared and tested to compare their conventional magnetic properties. The results showed that the magnetic polarization decreased monotonously, and the iron loss increased monotonously, as the thickness of the samples' coating gradually increased, and the more accurate correction value of those data was also obtained. The work in this paper has certain reference significance for the design of large motor and the application of highgrade nonoriented silicon steel with C6 coating.
