摘要: 采用FLUENT仿真软件对环形炉炉膛模型、单个内罩模型、温度优化模型进行仿真模拟,研究内罩内温度分布情况,提出温度均匀性改进方案并进行试验验证。结果表明:在钢卷底座侧叠加隔热材料对钢卷顶底温差和磁性均匀性有改善作用,为取向硅钢磁性改善提供支撑。

Abstract: The temperature distribution of inner cover was studied by using a simulating software of FLUENT to simulate the hearth model , the single inner cover model and the temperature optimization model of an annular furnace, then an improvement scheme of temperature uniformity was proposed and tested by experiment. The results showed that the temperature difference and magnetic uniformity between top and bottom of the steel coil were successfully optimized by superimposing a heat insulation material on the side of the coil base, which can provide supports for the improvement in magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel.
