C72DA高碳钢小方坯凝固组织模拟

Solidification microstructure simulation of C72DA high carbon steel billet

摘要: 为提高某钢厂C72DA钢内部质量,减少铸坯中心偏析,利用ProCAST软件对铸坯凝固组织进行模拟,并将凝固组织的模拟结果与铸坯的偏析情况进行对比。结果表明铸坯表面到中心碳偏析的变化规律与模拟得出的平均晶粒半径、最大晶粒面积变化规律相似。由此得出可以通过细化晶粒的方法来改善C72DA钢碳偏析。

Abstract: In order to improve the internal quality of C72DA steel and reduce the center segregation of billet,the solidification structure of billet was simulated by ProCAST software,and the simulation results of solidification structure were compared with that of billet segregation.The results show that the variation of carbon segregation from billet surface to center is similar to that of average grain radius and maximum grain area obtained by simulation.It is concluded that carbon segregation can be improved by grain refinement.
