RH干式真空泵系统技术应用实践

摘要: 针对包钢RH干式真空泵系统装备条件,根据干式真空泵系统工作原理与特点,优化并解决了干式真空泵系统运行中存在的问题。干式真空泵技术与装备应用于RH炉工艺,提升了RH炉抽气能力、脱碳能力、脱氢能力以及钢水循环速率。钢水中的[C]含量真空处理15 min后达到了10 ppm以下,钢水中的[H]含量真空处理20 min后达到了1ppm以下。干式真空泵系统的运行稳定、节能环保极大的降低RH工艺成产成本

Abstract: Optimiazing the running existed problems for RH dry vacuum pump system according to working principles and charateristics of dry vacuum pump. The dry vacuum pump system technology and equipment applying in RH furnace process, which is benefit for improving the RH furnace metallurgical function. Air evacuation capability, decarbonization, dehydrogenation and liquid steel cyclical speed rate are improved. The content of [C] in molten steel is less than 10 ppm after vacuum treatment for 15 min, and the content of [H] in molten steel is less than 1ppm after 20 min. The stable operation of the dry vacuum pump system, energy saving and environmental protection greatly reduce the production cost of RH process.
