Abstract:
The grain-oriented silicon steel was produced by thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology in a steel company, and the grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic induction was produced by CSP and low temperature heating once cold rolling process. The processes of converter smelting, LF refining, RH vacuum treatment, slab continuous casting and hot rolling were optimized in the production. The whole hot metal smelting process was adopted, and ferrosilicon and tin ingots were added after pre-deoxidation in tapping steel for alloying, and refining slag adjusting agent was used in LF refining process to ensure the effect of top slag submerged arc, and light treatment mode was adopted in RH vacuum treatment to carry out vacuum circulation, and the whole protective pouring process was adopted. These optimizing measures realized to reasonably control the content of N and other components in moten steel and finished products, such as the total oxygen content of slab controlled between 0.000 7 % and 0.002 4 % , and the nitrogen content between 0.007 1 % and 0.008 1 %, which made the grain-oriented silicon steel meet the needs of the next cold rolling process.
