Abstract: The annealing coating unit for high brand nonoriented silicon steel used in new energy vehicles in WISDRI (Xinyu) Cold Rolling New Material Technology Co. Ltd. was introduced in this paper, especially for the main technological equipments and their characteristics, such as high speed and high efficiency annealing coating unit, cleaning technology of green and energy saving and environmental protection , annealing furnace of high efficiency and energy conservation,  micro tension control technology for high temperature invironment in furnace, and some intelligent manufacturing technologies like intelligent mathematical mode of annealing furnace, intelligent model for predicting magnetic properties of silicon steel. The production practice showed that it can basically realizes the intelligent goal of the whole unit with fewer people, local unmanned and centralized control and monitoring.
