Abstract: In view of the upgrading of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel products in a steel mill, the problem of plate deformation deformation and the reduction of the amount of steel in the middle roll in the production process, through the analysis of the reasons for the poor plate shape of the product, it is believed that the main reason is the excessive wear of the conical section of the intermediate roll, which leads to the reduction of the amount of steel in the use of the intermediate roll of the Sendzimir rolling mill.
