Abstract: In order to ensure the overall strength of the stator, the assembly method of interference fit is mostly adopted between the stator tooth and stator yoke of the splicing motor, and the stress generated by this fitting method on the silicon steel sheet will affect the performance of the motor. In this paper, through the finite element simulation analysis and experimental verification method, the performances were compared on the motors respectively using two kinds of fit modes of interference fit and gap fit between tooth part and yoke part, and the influence law of compressive stress on the electromagnetic performance of silicon steel was obtained.
