Calculation and analysis of strip suspension curve model in the  continuous annealing and coating line

Abstract: In the continuous annealing and coating line for nongrain oriented silicon steel, the insulation coating should be coated on the strip surface after annealing. To ensure the quality of coating and avoid the undried coating liquid on the strip surface been destroyed, the coated strip was suspended to through into the floating furnace. This paper researched the strip between the coater and the floating furnace, and described the process of establishing the strip suspension curve in detail, calculating and analyzing four suspension curves under different working conditions, which can provide theoretical basis for reasonable arrangement of the unit.
