摘要: 无取向硅钢是制造各类电机铁心的材料,其表面的绝缘涂层具有绝缘、防腐、防锈的作用,有助于提升电机的能效。通过涂层成分、涂敷和烘干技术的调控,能够获得具有优异表面性能的成品。文中主要介绍了无取向硅钢表面绝缘涂层的研究进展及涂层种类和性能,论述了涂层的涂敷设备与干燥技术,指出环保型和特殊功能型涂料的开发将是今后的研究重点。

Abstract: Non-oriented silicon steel serves as the primary material for fabricating all kinds of motor core, and the insulating coating on its surface has the functions of insulation, corrosion prevention and rust prevention, which helps to improve the energy efficiency of the motor. Through the regulation of coating composition, coating and drying technology, the finished product with excellent surface properties can be obtained. The research progress, types and properties of insulating coatings on the surface of non-oriented silicon steel were introduced, and the coating equipment and drying technology were discussed. Finally, it was pointed out that the development of environmentally friendly and special functional coatings will be the focus of future research.
