摘要: 无取向硅钢热轧卷边部出现翘皮缺陷,产生的原因为炼钢保护渣、炼钢氧化物夹杂、铸坯角裂及热轧氧化铁皮卷入、侧导板夹紧等,针对不同边部翘皮的产生原因,采用Al1保护渣,小倒角结晶器及热轧侧导板夹紧不投入等试验措施,无取向硅钢边部翘皮缺陷发生率得到大幅度改善。

Abstract: The causes of non-oriented silicon steel hot rolled edge warping defects are steelmaking protection slag, steelmaking oxide inclusion, casting billet angle crack, hot rolled iron oxide involvement, side guide clamping, etc. According to the causes of different edge warping defects, Al1 protection slag, small chamfering crystallizer and hot rolled side guide clamping without putting were adopted in test measures. The results showed that the incidence of edge warping defects of non-oriented silicon steel has been greatly improved.
