摘要: 分析了半高速钢轧辊在无取向硅钢连轧机的试用过程,并从轧辊磨削、下机辊形、粗糙度评价及抗事故能力等几个维度与传统的Cr5材质轧辊进行了对比,认为半高速钢轧辊在提高轧辊的过钢量、辊型保持能力和抗事故能力方面明显优于Cr5材质轧辊,提高了无取向硅钢连轧机轧制效率、降低了轧制成本。

Abstract: This article analyzes the trial process of semi-high speed steel rolls in non-oriented silicon steel continuous rolling units, and compares them with traditional Cr5 material rolls in several dimensions such as roll grinding, lower roll shape, roughness evaluation, and accident resistance.it is believed that semi-high speed steel rolls are significantly better than Cr5 material rolls in improving the amount of steel passing, roll shape retention, and accident resistance of rolls.it is improved the rolling efficiency of the non-oriented silicon steel continuous rolling units and reducing rolling costs.
