A709M-50F-2ZT钢板双边剪切分层原因分析

摘要: A709M-50F-2ZT钢板边部剪切分层严重影响产品质量,为防止再次出现此类边部分层缺陷,以30 mm厚A709M-50F-2ZT边部剪切分层钢板为研究对象,借助金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等,对其金相组织、夹杂物进行分析。结果表明:钢板上下表面厚度1/3~1/4区域存在的内裂纹是导致剪切开裂的主要原因。结合实际生产,通过提升钢液纯净度、降低浇铸过热度、加强连铸设备维护,消除了钢板边部剪切分层现象。

Abstract: The edge shear delamination of A709M-50F-2ZT steel plate seriously affects the product quality. In order to prevent such edge layer defects from recurring, the 30 mm thick A709M-50F-2ZT edge shear layered steel plate was taken as the research object. With the help of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, etc., the metallographic structure and inclusions were analyzed. The results show that the internal cracks in the area of 1/3 to 1/4 of the thickness of the steel plate are the main cause of shear cracking. The shear delamination of the edge of the steel plate was eliminated in actual production by improving the purity of molten steel, reducing pouring overheating, strengthening the maintenance of continuous casting equipment.
