Abstract: Iron core is the heart of a generator. Iron core punching is one of the core manufacturing of a motor. The digital workshop of stator core punching sheet of DongFang Electric Corporation has successfully created a new intelligent manufacturing mode of stator core punching sheet for large clean and efficient power generation equipment. Starting from the necessity of digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises, this paper expounded the development path of intelligent manufacturing transformation of DongFang Electric Corporation in detail, emphatically introduced and analyzed the ideas, objectives, processes and main functions of the construction of digital workshop of stator core punching sheet, as well as the achievements and future development direction of digital workshop construction.
