Study on secondary recrystallization of high magnetic oriented silicon steel

Abstract: The microscopic structures and crystal textures of a high magnetic oriented silicon steel were analyzed by OM and XRD.The results showed that:the temperature interval of secondary recrystallization of high magnetic oriented silicon steel is between 1 015 ℃ and 1 030 ℃;the first recrystallized grains grew slowly before the Goss grain grows abnormally,and the initial grain size at 1 010 ℃ is 25.9 μm;the primary grain texture is concentrated at {113},and the abnormally grown grains are accurate Goss orientation grains.
