Abstract: Using the existing grain-oriented silicon steel hot-rolled sheet as the initial material, the effects of different normalization processes on the microstructure of the grain-oriented silicon steel normalized sheet were comparatively studied by metallographic microscopy. The results showed that the original strip structure of oriented silicon steel was obviously reduced after regularization, and the grains were obviously enlarged and coarsened, especially the grain size of ferrite in the surface layer reached 34 μm, and the normalized plate structure of oriented silicon steel was beneficial to improve subsequent cold rolling and decarburization processes.
