稀土元素处理钢的研究进展及应用前景

Research and prospect on rare earth treated steel

摘要: 采用稀土元素 (RE)处理钢对钢的力学性能、抗高温氧化性、耐腐蚀性、焊接性能以及磁性能等具有显著的影响,总结RE处理钢的作用机制,综述了近年来国内外采用RE处理钢的研究进展,并指出了目前在RE处理钢方面存在的问题并进行了展望。

Abstract: Rare earth treated steel can significantly affect the mechanical properties,high temperature oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance,weldability and magnetic property of steel,the function mechanism of rare earth elements in steel and its effect on performance of the steel were summarized. The research and development progress,the production status and the application of rare earth treated steel at home and abroad were reviewed in recent years. At the same time,some troubles on production of the rare earth treated steel were mentioned,and the trend and the prospect on developing the rare earth treated steel were proposed.
