60 t转炉炉渣气化脱磷后循环利用试验研究

Experimental study on recycle utilization of slag after gasification dephosphorization in 60 t converter

摘要:

为研究转炉渣气化脱磷后循环利用的冶炼效果,在河钢集团唐钢公司60t转炉上采用焦粉进行气化脱磷试验。试验结果表明:在溅渣护炉阶段添加焦粉进行气化脱磷是可行的,依据多炉磷衡算法,试验炉次平均气化脱磷率为25.06%;对比常规冶炼炉次,气化脱磷炉次吨钢渣量有所减少,吨钢减少8.66kg钢渣,减少比例为7.45%;试验各炉次终点钢水磷质量分数均在0.02%左右波动,可见将气化脱磷渣进行循环利用不会影响后续炉次的脱磷效果。

Abstract: In order to study recycle utilization effect of slag after gasification dephosphorization,The comparison experiment of gasification dephosphorization with coke powder was carried out in Tangsteel 60 t converter. The results showed that adding coke powder for gasification dephosphorization was feasible during the slag splashing stage. According to the multi-furnace phosphorus balance algorithm,the average dephosphorization rate of the test furnace was 25.06%. Compared to conventional smelting furnace,the slag mount of gasification dephosphorization furnace had decreased for 8.66kg per ton steel,which meant a reduction of 7.45%. The phosphorus content of end molten steel of test furnace was fluctuated at around 0.02%,which meant that the recycle of the gasification dephosphorization slag would not affect the dephosphorization effect of subsequent furnace.
