40Cr10Si2Mo钢质洁净度工艺技术研究

摘要: 针对某特钢厂在生产40Cr10Si2Mo气阀钢时出现轧材夹杂物评级合格率低的问题,通过对精炼及连铸过程钢中夹杂物的演变规律进行分析并结合现有工艺制度,在实验室研究的基础上,对连铸过程吹氩制度和中包覆盖剂进行了优化研究。工艺优化后,40Cr10Si2Mo气阀钢轧材夹杂物评级合格率由原工艺的71 %提高到97 %。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low qualification rate of inclusions in 40Cr10Si2Mo gas valve steel rolled by special steel factory. The following measures were taken: the evolution rule of the inclusions in the steel from refining to continuous casting was analyzed, and the existing process system was analyzed. On the basis of laboratory research, the continuous casting argon blowing process and the tundish covering fluxes were optimized. After the application of this technology, the qualified rate increased from 71 % to 97 % of the 40Cr10Si2Mo valve steel inclusions.
