KR法铁水预脱硫工艺优化试验研究

摘要: 通过对KR脱硫操作和工艺参数的试验,分析研究了KR铁水预脱硫的影响因素。试验结果表明,脱硫前铁水包中的高炉渣量、搅拌桨插入深度、搅拌时间、搅拌速度、搅拌桨质量对铁水脱硫率影响明显。制定了脱硫前扒渣和控制搅拌桨插入深度1.0 m左右、搅拌时间10~14 min、搅拌速度80 r/min等改进措施,取得了提高脱硫率的应用效果。

Abstract: Through the experiments of KR desulfurization operation and process parameters, the influencing factors of KR molten iron pre-desulfurization are analyzed and studied. The results show that, amount of blast furnace slag in ladle, insertion depth of stirring paddle, stirring time, stirring speed and quality of stirring paddle have a great influence on desulfurization rate of molten iron. Improvement measures such as the slag is removed before desulfurization, and controlling the insertion depth of the stirring paddle at about 1.0 m, the stirring time is 10–14 min, and the stirring speed is 80 r/min are formulated, and the application effect of improving desulfurization rate is achieved.
