摘要: 针对60Si2Mn弹簧钢穿管外折问题,通过金相组织观察,扫描电镜分析手段研究了60Si2Mn弹簧钢穿管外折问题。金相研究结果表明:60Si2Mn弹簧钢穿管外折起源于圆钢表面裂纹缺陷,由于加工旋转特性,形成宏观螺旋性分布形貌,微观缺陷错位形貌。电镜分析结果表明:缺陷内部、根部及近表面分布着大量SiO2、SiO2-MnS-FeO及SiO2-MnO-FeO大型夹杂物,追溯冶炼过程,硅铁加入过晚是造成表面裂纹缺陷的起因。

Abstract: The outer folding problem of 60Si2Mn spring steel was studied by means of metallographic observation and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results of the metallographic study showed that the outer folding of 60Si2Mn spring steel originated from the surface crack defects of the round steel. Due to the processing rotation characteristics, the macroscopic rotation distribution and the microscopic dislocation shape were formed. The results of the electron microscope analysis showed that SiO2,SiO2-MnS-FeO,SiO2-MnO-FeO inclusions were distributed in the root, near surface and inside the defect . By tracing the process of smelting, it is inferred that the late addition of ferrosilicon in the process of smelting is the reason for the surface crack defects of round steel.
