SA516Gr70抗酸钢夹杂物控制的实践

摘要: 针对国内某大型钢企SA516Gr70抗酸钢抗酸试样开裂问题,分析认为其主要原因为钢中含有较大尺寸的B类和Ds类夹杂物。通过LF精炼造白渣操作、钙化处理使夹杂物变性、抑制CaS、MnS类夹杂物生成、RH炉真空处理脱气、连铸保护浇铸减少二次氧化等措施,控制钢水中夹杂物尺寸小于10 μm,保证了钢板的抗酸性能达到要求。

Abstract: In this paper, the main reason of cracking of an acid resistant sample of a large steel company in China is the inclusion of type B and Ds in the steel, which is modified by the operation of the LF furnace, calcification treatment, inhibiting the formation of the CaS, MnS inclusion ,the vacuum treatment of the RH, the vacuum treatment of the steel, and the protection measures to control the secondary oxidation of the steel, controlling the size of inclusions in molten steel less than10 μm, ensuring that the acidity of steel plate can meet the requirements.
