摘要: 分析了连铸保护渣在结晶器内所经历的热历程,以了解保护渣在结晶器内所发挥的具体作用。论述了电磁场作用保护渣熔化特性、结晶特性、流变特性,以及电磁场作用后产生焦耳热的影响,为系统研究电磁场作用下保护渣的冶金特性和进一步的理论研究提供借鉴。

Abstract: The thermal history of the mold flux in the crystallizer was analyzed to understand the specific role of the mold flux in the crystallizer. At the same time, the melting characteristic, crystallization characteristic and rheological behavior characteristic of the protective slag under electromagnetic field were analyzed, and the influence of Joule heat generated by electromagnetic field was analyzed. It provides a reference for the systematic study of the metallurgical properties of the protective slag under electromagnetic field and further theoretical research.
