摘要: 钢包全程加盖技术通过提高钢包保温性改变了原有钢包使用工艺流程,为钢铁企业降低吨钢成本、节能减排提供了一种有效手段。对某钢厂新增钢包加盖可能性进行了论证,并提出一种卷扬式钢包加盖装置,能适应部分老旧钢厂处理位净空受限的场合,使这些钢厂实施新增钢包加盖节能改造成为可能。

Abstract: By improving the thermal insulation of ladle, the whole process of ladle capping technology has changed the original ladle operation process, which provides an effective way for iron and steel enterprises to reduce cost, save energy and reduce emissions. This paper demonstrates the possibility of adding ladle capping device in a steel plant, and puts forward a windlass ladle capping device, which can adapt to the situation where the clearance of some old steel plants is limited, and makes it possible for these steel plants to carry out energy-saving transformation.
