Conarc炉冶炼工艺和设备的技术分析

摘要: 对国内某钢铁企业80 t Conarc炉的生产工艺特点和主要设备的结构特征进行了介绍和分析。对Conarc炉与传统电炉的主要设备进行了比较,Conarc炉的设备结构型式更好地满足大比例热装铁水生产工艺要求。Conarc炉对入炉原料的种类和比例有极高的灵活性和适应性,当采用热装铁水冶炼时,其冶炼工序由电炉工序和转炉工序组成,采用电极加热、炉壁碳氧枪、造泡沫渣埋弧冶炼、炉门兑铁水、顶吹氧气脱碳、留钢留渣等技术有利于降低生产成本,提高生产效率,缩短出钢周期。

Abstract: This article mainly introduces and analyses the production process characteristics and the structure characteristics of the main equipment of the 80 t Conarc furnace of one iron and steel group Co. in China. Comparing the main equipment of Conarc furnace with traditional electric arc furnace, the equipment type of Conarc furnace can better meet the production process requirements of large proportion hot metal charging. The Conarc furnace is highly flexible and adaptable to the type and proportion of raw materials. When hot metal direct charging is used to smelt steel in Conarc, the smelting process consists of electric arc furnace process and converter process. Electrode heating, carbon and oxygen injector of furnace shell, foam slag submerged arc smelting, charging hot metal from slag door, top blown oxygen decarburization, and the technical of dominant slag and steel to reduce production costs, increase production efficiency, shorten the production cost and tapping cycle.
