20CrMnTiH钢材硬质点的成因分析及控制措施

摘要: 20CrMnTiH齿轮钢钢材中硬质点的存在,会造成用户锯切困难,在同等锯切速度下锯条疲劳寿命大幅降低。结合山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司生产实际情况,通过实施LF精炼埋弧操作、合理底吹氩气搅拌制度、使用高铝预熔渣系、中间包密封等措施,将20CrMnTiH齿轮钢中氧、氮质量分数分别控制在0.001 4 %和0.006 0 %以下,可以有效解决20CrMnTiH齿轮钢材中的硬质点缺陷。

Abstract: The hard points in 20CrMnTiH gear steel can cause difficulty in sawing, this kind of difficult sawing quality problem is more intuitive, and saw blade fatigue life is greatly reduced under the same cutting speed. Through the LF refining furnace submerged arc operation, reasonable bottom blowing argon stirring system, use high aluminum preslug system, implementation of such measures as tundish sealing, control the oxygen content and nitrogen mass fraction in 20CrMnTiH gear steel under 14×10-6 and 60×10-6 respectively, the hard-point defects in 20CrMnTiH gear steel can be effectively solved.
