摘要: 针对高强汽车用钢QP980连铸坯的深振痕、表面纵裂纹与角部横向脆性断裂等质量缺陷,经测定QP980钢的高温塑性与导热系数,明确造成质量缺陷的原因为该钢种包晶反应剧烈,热应力大;通过对结晶器保护渣、二冷与热装工艺进行优化后,消除了铸坯质量缺陷,热轧卷质量良好。

Abstract: In view of the deep oscilation mark, longitudinal crack and transverse brittle fracture of the surface of QP980 continuous casting slab for high strength automobile, by measuring the high temperature plasticity and thermal conductivity of QP980 steel, it is clear that the serious peritectic reaction is the cause of the quality defect. By optimizing the mold flux, secondary cooling and hot charging process, the quality defects of the slab are eliminated and the quality of hot rolled coils is good.
