钢渣有压热闷磁选工艺的海外应用分析

摘要: 介绍了钢渣有压热闷及磁选工艺在马来西亚“一带一路”钢铁项目的应用,分析了钢渣热闷生产过程可燃气体产生的规律及安全事故的预防措施,确保钢渣有压热闷工艺在生产过程中的安全性。分析了钢渣有压热闷促进磁选的有利因素,对钢渣有压热闷工艺以及磁选加工线在海外应用具有借鉴指导意义。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the application of steel slag in Malaysia “one belt one road” iron and steel project. The regular pattern of combustible gas generation in hot stuffy production of steel slag was analyzed, and the corresponding preventive measures for safety accidents were put forward to ensure the safety in hot stuffy process with pressure.The favorable factors for magnetic separation of steel slag by hot stuffy process with pressure were analyzed. The conclusion can be used for reference in overseas application of steel slag hot stuffing process with pressure and magnetic separation purification line.
