转炉底吹MHP供气元件的选用研究

摘要: 转炉底吹供气元件经过几十年的不断发展,当前MHP(Multiple Hole Plug)多孔塞毛细管已成为主要供气元件形式之一。通过对转炉底吹供气过程进行数学建模计算,计算出了MHP供气元件参数与供气流量合理搭配。结果表明:MHP供气元件存在适宜的流量范围,该范围受限于自身强度和外部压力;底吹供气流量与供气出口压力成正比,二者存在明确的换算关系;一定的转炉底吹工艺要求下,应选择合理的MHP元件参数以满足生产要求。

Abstract: After several decades of continuous development,MHP (Multiple Hole Plug) porous plug has become one of the main form of gas supply components. In the current paper,the converter bottom blowing process was calculated theoretically,and the MHP element parameters matching with the gas flow rates were calculated. The results showed that,the MHP bottom blowing had a favorable flow range,which was limited by facility and external pressure. Bottom blowing flow rate was directly proportional to the bottom blowing outlet pressure with clear conversion relationship. Under the certain blowing flow rate,MHP parameters should be selected carefully.
