TP304L不锈钢凝固模式对荒管内壁翘皮的影响

摘要: 针对TP304L不锈钢在穿孔后出现不同程度的内壁翘皮现象,对内壁翘皮样品进行高倍测试及组织分析。分析结果表明:荒管内壁形成翘皮的主要原因是板条状铁素体造成,出现板条状铁素体的原因是由于其凝固模式造成的。凝固模式由FA模式调整到AF模式后,内壁翘皮问题解决。

Abstract: Aiming the upwarping in the inner wall after TP304L stainless steel pierced,the organization of upwarping samples were analysied by high magnification electron microscope. The result shows that the main reasons for the formation of cracks on the inner wall is the lath ferrite, and th elath ferrite is due to solidication mode. The question was solved after the solidification mode was adjusted from FA mode to AF mode.
