摘要: 通过对HRB500E钢筋强度低批次的结果统计以及对化学成分、金相组织及重量负偏差控制的分析,结合轧制过程参数对强度低的原因进行了分析。分析认为, HRB500E钢筋强度低的原因与加热炉加热温度偏低相关。基于以上分析结果,通过探讨钒在HRB500E钢中的强化作用,对影响其溶解及析出的加热制度进行了分析,在此基础上,改进了加热炉加热工艺,杜绝了HRB500E钢筋强度低的现象。

Abstract: Based on the statistical results of low strength batches of HRB500E reinforcing steel and the analysis of chemical composition, non-metallic inclusion and weight,the reasons for low strength of reinforcing steel were analyzed in combination with rolling process parameters. The analysis results shows that the reason for HRB500E reinforcing steel low intensity is related to the low heating temperature in the reheating furnace. Based on the analysis results above, with the discussion of vanadium function mechanism for the HRB500E steel,the heating system which influenced dissolution and precipitation were analyzed. On this basis, the heating systems was improved,then the low strength of HRB500E reinforcing steel was eliminated.
