中高碳优钢冷轧起皮缺陷控制实践

摘要: 通过扫描电镜扫描、能谱分析检测方法,对中高碳优钢65Mn、50冷轧窄带钢表面产生的起皮缺陷进行详细检测,结合生产过程中出现的相关质量问题,综合分析了起皮缺陷产生的主要原因,并提出改进措施,中高碳优钢冷轧大起皮缺陷由1.44 %下降到0.015 %,小起皮缺陷得到完全控制,使产品表面质量满足用户需求。

Abstract: The peeling defects of 65Mn and 50 cold rolled narrow strip steel were examined in detail by SEM-EDS. Combined with the related quality issues arising from the production process, the main causes of the defects were analyzed, and put forward the improvement measures. After optimization,the defect rate of large peeling was reduced from 1.44 % to 0.015 %,the defect of tiny peeling was eliminated in cold-rolling product,so that the surface quality of products meets the needs of users.
