连铸中间罐罐盖耐火材料的改进

摘要: 根据传热学的相关理论,计算了3种不同结构中间罐罐盖的散热量及内外表面温度。计算结果表明:使用导热系数小的内衬材料有利于提高罐盖的保温效果,降低罐盖钢结构的表面温度,提高罐盖钢结构的使用寿命。该计算方法也为中间罐罐盖结构及内衬材料的选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract: This paper calculates heat dissipation and the inner and outside surface temperature of three different framework of tundish cover by the related theory of heat transfer, the lining which has small coefficient of thermal conductivity is propitious to preserve heat and to reduce the surface temperature of tundish cover,that would increase the service life of steel structure. The calculating method afford a theoretical basis for choosing lining of tundish cover.
