摘要: 简述了转炉滑板挡渣工艺技术,并结合包钢稀土钢板材厂240 t转炉滑板挡渣系统的应用,介绍了适应性改造的措施和实际效果。优化后的滑板挡渣工艺有效地减少了回磷及出钢过程的下渣量,提高了合金元素锰、硅的收得率,脱氧剂铝铁消耗量降低了0.39 kg/t,钢铁料消耗降低了3.47 kg/t,达到了优化钢质、高经济效益的目的。

Abstract: The technology of skateboard type slag blocking in converter was briefly described. Combined with the application of the 240 t converter slag blocking with slider system in Baotou Steel Rare-earth Steel Sheet Factory, the adaptability measures and actual results were introduced. The optimized process of skateboard type slag blocking effectively reduces the phenomenon of phosphorus reversion and the amount of slag in the tapping process, increases the yield of manganese and silicon alloy elements. The consumption of aluminum-iron alloy decreased by 0.39 kg/t and the consumption of ferrous charge decreased by 3.47 kg/t. The goal of optimizing steel quality and improving economic efficiency can be achieved.
