ML08Al冷墩钢连铸坯表面质量优化研究

摘要: 针对国内某钢厂连铸生产ML08Al冷墩钢过程中,铸坯表面出现的角部裂纹、表面凹陷及皮下夹渣等问题,采取了理论分析和现场试验的方法,结果表明ML08Al冷镦钢连铸坯出现的表面缺陷与现场生产过程中多个参数有关。通过优化二冷区配水、改善结晶器保护渣理化性能、优化钢种成分、改进目前结晶器电磁搅拌参数等方式,可以有效减少ML08Al冷镦钢的表面缺陷,其表面质量得到了明显改善。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as corner cracks, surface depressions and slag entrapment defects of cast billet during continuous casting of ML08Al cold heading steel produced by a steel mill in China, the theoretical analysis and field experiment methods were adopted. The results show that the surface quality of ML08Al cold heading steel continuous casting slab is related to multiple parameters of field production. By optimizing the water distribution in the secondary cold zone, the physicochemical properties of the mold flux, the composition of the steel, and the current mold electromagnetic stirring parameters can effectively reduce the surface defects of the ML08Al cold heading steel and its surface quality has been significantly improved.
