换包过程引流砂行为的试验分析

摘要: 通过水模型试验模拟非稳态浇铸过程中引流砂的流动行为,分别研究了在换包过程中中包液面高度、长水口插入深度、大包流量以及控流装置对中间包内引流砂去除率的影响。结果显示:当中包液面高度为450 mm,长水口插入深度为200 mm,大包流量为6 m3/h时,换包过程引流砂的去除率最高,合理的控流装置能够增加引流砂的去除率。

Abstract: The flow behavior of the drained sand during the unsteady casting process was simulated by water model experiment, and the influence of the liquid level, the length of the long nozzle, the flowrate of lable, and the influence of the flow control device on the slag entrapment were studied respectively. The results show that the removal rate of sand was highest in the process of ladle changing when the optimum liquid surface height is 450 mm, and the optimum nozzle length is 180 mm,and the minimum lable flowrate is 6 m3/h. The reasonable flow control device can increase the removal rate of the drainage sand.
