CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系半钢脱磷剂研究及分析

Study and analysis on the CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 dephosphorization agent of semi-steel

摘要: 研究基于某钢厂提钒转炉研究半钢炉外脱磷工艺,旨在为半钢炉外脱磷挑选出合适的脱磷剂,从而减轻转炉脱磷压力,降低终点磷含量,以达到超低磷钢的生产水平。通过提钒后的半钢样在实验室管式炉中试验,得到CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系脱磷剂脱磷时加入量为60 kg/t效果最佳,在此基础上对CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系脱磷剂的配比进行研究,得到脱磷剂的最佳配比范围为:w(CaO)=30 %~45 %,w(Fe2O3 )=40 %~55 %,w(CaF2)=10 %~15 %,可获得最佳脱磷率79.1 %。最后,设计出现场提钒后的半钢炉外脱磷工艺操作,并进行现场试验得到最佳脱磷率61.4 %。再通过对脱磷渣的光学碱度和磷酸盐容量的分析,进一步验证CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系脱磷剂具有良好的脱磷效果,为生产实践提供了一定的参考。

Abstract: This paper is based on a vanadium extraction converter to study the semi-steel dephosphorization process outside the furnace, in order to select a suitable dephosphorization agent for the semi-steel dephosphorization outside the furnace, so as to reduce the dephosphorization pressure of the converter and reduce the final phosphorus content to achieve ultra-low phosphorus steel production level. The vanadium-extracted semi-steel sample was tested in a laboratory tube furnace, and the most suitable amount of dephosphorizing agent for CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 was 60 kg/t. Based on this, the proportion of the CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 dephosphorizing agent was studied to obtain the optimal ratio: w(CaO)=30 %-45 %,w(Fe2O3)=40 %-55 %,w(CaF2)=10 %-15 %,and get the best dephosphorization rate of 79.1%. Finally, the dephosphorization process outside the semi-steel after field extraction of vanadium was designed and field tests were conducted to obtain an optimum dephosphorization rate of 61.4 %. Through the analysis of the optical basicity and phosphate capacity of dephosphorized slag, it is further verified that CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 dephosphorization agent has a good dephosphorization effect, which provides a certain reference for production practice.
