摘要: 研究了炉渣组成以及2CaO•SiO2颗粒含量对炉渣中磷富集行为的影响,并借助电镜、能谱分析进行了定量研究,结果表明:磷元素在2CaO•SiO2颗粒内分布均匀;磷在渣中固液相间的分配比L_"P" ^(s/l)随酸性氧化物含量和铁的氧化物含量的增加呈现出先增大后降低的趋势,分别在20%和70%时达到最大值,而随着渣中2CaO•SiO2颗粒比例增加不发生变化。

Abstract: The effect of slag constituent and 2CaO•SiO2 content on the enrichment behavior of phosphorous in slag was studied by SEM and EDS. The results showed that phosphorous distributed uniformly in 2CaO•SiO2. The L_"P" ^(s/l) (phosphorus distribution ratio between solid and liquid phase of slag) increased with the increase of (SiO2+P2O5) and (FetO) content before it reached the maximum and then began to decrease. The maximum value was obtained when the (SiO2+P2O5) and (FetO) mass fraction was 20% and 70% respectively. The L_"P" ^(s/l) changed little with the ratio of 2CaO•SiO2 particles.
