风碎和热闷组合技术在线处理转炉钢渣实践

Practice of on-line treatment of converter slag by air-granulated and steam self-disintegrated technology

摘要: 介绍了转炉钢渣风碎粒化工艺和热闷工艺的原理、工艺流程及设备,对风碎钢渣和热闷钢渣的化学成分、矿物组成及微观结构进行了分析,并结合生产实践,介绍了风碎和热闷组合技术在线处理转炉钢渣的实际运行情况。从工艺、能源利用、钢渣利用及处理成本等方面,系统分析了风碎和热闷组合技术在线处理转炉钢渣的优势及未来改进方向。

Abstract: The principle, process and equipment of converter slag air-granulated and steam self-disintegrated technology were introduced respective. The chemical composition,mineral composition and microstructure of air-granulated slag and steam self-disintegrated slag were analyzed. Combined with the production, practice of on-line processing of converter slag by combination of air-granulated and steam self-disintegrated technology was introduced. According to the aspects of technology, energy utilization, utilization of steel slag and the cost, the advantages and future improvement direction of combination of air-granulated and steam self-disintegrated technology were analyzed.
