摘要: 针对试生产12炉次GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1钢时钨铁收得率低的情况,对钨铁的合金化工艺进行优化。结果表明:钨在电炉进行合金化存在氧化损耗,单纯控制温度等因素不能保证收得率。将钨的合金化过程放于LF进行,同时采取强化LF的脱氧操作、提高合金化温度以及延长还原时间等措施,可以使钨铁收得率由优化前的50 %提高到70 %以上。

Abstract: For the low yield rate of ferrotungsten in smelting GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel, the ferrotungsten alloying process was optimizatied in Shanghai Electric Shangzhong Casting and Forging Co.,Ltd. Results shows that ferrotungsten alloying in electric furnace has oxidation loss,simplely control temperature factors cant improve the yield rate. Make the alloying process of ferrotungsten carried out in LF,take such as strengthen the deoxidation operation in LF, increasing the alloying temperature and prolonging the reduction time measures,can make the yield rate of ferrotungsten from 50 % to 70 %。
