摘要: 根据国内外文献总结提出21世纪特殊钢质量提升的重点从洁净钢冶炼转移到大型夹杂物控制,特别应加强硫化物控制。最大夹杂物尺寸对钢材疲劳性能有明显影响,当w(T.O)≤5×10-6时硫化物影响最大。大型夹杂物主要来源于渣钢反应产生的MgO-Al2O3和CaO-Al2O3夹杂以及卷渣形成的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系夹杂。控制大型夹杂物必须改进生产工艺:降低炉外精炼负荷、改变脱氧工艺、严格控制卷渣和促进连铸过程夹杂物上浮。

Abstract: From the summary on domestic and international development in special steels, it can be seen that the focal point for quality improvement has been transferred from cleansteel refining technology to largesizeinclusion controltechnology, especially to the sulfide control. The maximum size of inclusions affects the fatigue property of special steels obviously, and when the total oxygen content w(T.O)≤5×10-6,the influence of sulfide is most serious. The large size inclusions are mainly originated from MgO-Al2O3 and CaO-Al2Oby slagmelt reaction, as well as from CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 by involved slag. To control the large-size inclusions, the following process technologies must be improve: lower down the operating load of refining process, optimize deoxidation process, control slag-involving strictly, and promote inclusions floating upward during continuous casting.
